Highlanders, Indian Mutiny of 1857-1859 de Dolman Miniatures

Buenos días a todos!!

Os presento una miniatura que pinté allá por Noviembre-Diciembre, pertenece al creciente y cada vez más interesante catálogo de Dolman Miniatures, representando un Highlander en el motín de la India de 1857, la verdad es que para ser un 54mm es bastante grande, lo que se agradece mucho a la hora de pintar y apreciar los finos detalles de la escultura, tiene un precio realmente suculento asi que creo que es una compra excelente...

En cuanto al trabajo de pintura disfruté realmente con la cara, que es un gozada, pero con la falda, que era mi primer tartán, la verdad es que se me complicó bastante, pero bueno, creo que al final hemos salvado un poco el obstáculo y el conjunto de la figura da buena impresión, aunque, como siempre, tienen múltiples fallos y seguro que la siguiente sale un poco mejor!!

I present a model that I painted back in November-December, belongs to the growing and increasingly interesting catalog of Dolman Miniatures representing a Highlander in the Indian Mutiny of 1857, the truth is that to be a 54mm is quite large, which is much appreciated when painting and appreciate the fine details of the sculpture, has a really succulent price so I think it is an excellent buy ...

As for the paint job really enjoyed the face, which is a blast, but with the skirt, it was my first tartan, the truth is that I was complicated enough, but hey, I think in the end we saved a little obstacle and the whole figure gives good impression, though, as always, have multiple failures and secure the next goes a little better!
